Triacin-C (triprolidine HCl, pseudoephedrine HCl, and codeine phosphate syrup) is a combination of an antihistamine, an indirect sympathomimetic, and a narcotic antitussive (anti-cough), indicated for temporary relief of coughs and upper respiratory symptoms, including nasal congestion, associated with allergy or the common cold.
