Saiclate - General Information

A direct-acting smooth muscle relaxant used to dilate blood vessels. It may cause gastrointestinal distress and tachycardia. Saiclate is not approved for use in the U.S. or Canada, but is approved in various European countries.

 

Pharmacology of Saiclate

Saiclate is in a class of drugs called vasodilators. Saiclate relaxes veins and arteries, which makes them wider and allows blood to pass through them more easily.
