Rosemary Leaf (Dyspepsia, High BP, & Rheumatism)

1-2 g/day

as tea: 1-3 cups/d (steep 1-2g in 150 mL water)

 

Extract

2-4 mL PO TID (1:1 in 45% alcohol)

 

Topical

Essential Oil: doses up to 0.1-1 mL (6-10% essential oil), massage scalp for 2 minutes
