Customer Reviews

★★★★★ I was looking for a liquid Preservative free eye drop and this is the one. Once I started using eye drops more often I started to prefer the liquid to the Gel. The Gel drops still work well for night time and I have not complaints about them but I had a hard time finding a non gel preservative free solution but this is it. The new dropper works well too.

★★★★★ After cataract surgery my dry eyes are even dryer and surgeon says that is expected and i should use artificial tears 4 times a day! He suggested this brand in the multidose vial as they are preservative free. And this comes in a two pack so i have what i need at all times. The only thing is you get a big drop unlike the individual dose vials will wash your eyemake up away if not careful.

★★★★★ I think these eye drops are great! I have purchased a couple other brands only to have them burn my eyes when using. These Systane drops did not burn at all and seemed to last longer then others. Would recommend if you have a problem with dry eyes.

★★★★★ Had dry eye for years and used most of the drops on the market. Preservative free are best, this is the first multi-dose vial I have seen. Have to squeeze hard to dispense, so somebody with hand arthritis or weakness may have issues.

★★★★★ Bought it for before and after my lasik surgery. It was great to use it before the surgery since the doc noted that I have a bit dry eyes. And this one is preservative free. After the surgery, I kept using it, and less than one minute after applying to my eyes, my eyes felt Sandy and rubbing feeling inside of the eyelid. I was told that the effect might alter depending person.

★★★★★ Great for those of us with dry eyes. I always missed my eyes while using these little bottles but this has a great new design.

★★★★★ I have purchased this product three times in the past year. It was a recommendation from my optometrist who had given me a sample to try. The eye drops are a great moisturizer for the eyes. The lubricating action instantly make my tired and dry eyes feel refreshed. My only complaint is the price. I usually only buy it when it goes on sale.

★★★★★ The drops are good once I finally get them in my eye. When I put the dropper over my eye to squeeze the drops into my eye, it is very difficult to get them out. After each use, I squeeze out 2-3 drops as the directions indicate. I also squeeze out 2-3 drops before the next use. No problem doing those directions to get the drops out. Only when I try to put them in my eye.

★★★★★ I’ve tried three different kinds of eye drops after having Lasic Eye Surgery: 1)Refresh Optive Mega-3 Lubricant Eye Drops PF. 2)Systane Ultra PF Lubricant Dry Eye Relief Drops. 3) Stystane Complete PF (this kind). The one that helped the best are Stystane Complete PF. These are most moisturizing and good at coating my eye. The other ones work too.. I would just describe those as lighter. I would describe these Complete PF as richer. I definitely recommend them. I’ve been using them for over a month, everyday. Based on my surgeons recommendation, I started with using them 1-2 hours for the first week after surgery and then after that a minimum of 4 times a day (more if needed). Since having the one month follow up with my optometrist, he did say that because I am on a computer 8 hours a day, on my work days, I should be using them every hour. Follow your optometrist/surgeons directions. He explained that after surgery the eye’s nerves are healing and cannot sense pain (dryness) as quickly. So by the time that eye(s) is feeling painful it is REALLY dry. And we don’t want that. He said that having dry eye that’s not taken care of after surgery (not using drops) can cause severe damage to the healing of the eye. He said anything I use MUST be preservative free (PF). The Systane Complete PF are the ones I like best. As of now, I’ve had no issues with them.
