Gamunex Side Effects Center
Gamunex (immune globulin intravenous human 10%) is a sterilized solution made from human plasma and is used to treat primary humoral immunodeficiency (PI). Common side effects of Gamunex include:
- headache,
- fatigue,
- infusion site reaction,
- nausea,
- Neurological: Coma, loss of consciousness, seizures/convulsions, tremor
- Integumentary: Stevens-Johnson syndrome, epidermolysis, erythema multiforme, bullous dermatitis
- Hematologic: Pancytopenia, leukopenia, hemolysis, positive direct antiglobulin (Coombs test)
- General/Body as a Whole: Pyrexia, rigors
