Warnings
This medication contains aluminum hydroxide/magnesium hydroxide/simethicone. Do not take Mylanta, Mygel, DiGel, Gelusil, or Rulox if you are allergic to aluminum hydroxide/magnesium hydroxide/simethicone or any ingredients contained in this drug.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation

Cautions
- Caution in renal failure
- May increase or decrease rate and/or degree of absorption of concomitantly administered oral drugs by changing gastrointestinal (GI) transit time or by binding the drug
- Magnesium-restricted diet

- Do not use combination product for hyperphosphatemia
Use hydroxide/magnesium hydroxide/simethicone with caution during pregnancy if benefits outweigh risks. Animal studies show risk and human studies are not available or neither animal nor human studies were done.
It is unknown if hydroxide/magnesium hydroxide/simethicone is excreted in breast milk. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
