Human serum albumin isolated from expired blood plasma

 

Pharmacology of Albutein (Alpha Therapeutic Corp)

Regulates the colloidal osmotic pressure of blood. It is used to increase the circulating plasma volume, thereby reducing hemoconcentrtion and blood viscosity. Also used as a transport protein that binds naturally occurring, therapeutic and toxic materials in circulation.

Albutein (Alpha Therapeutic Corp) Contraindications

ALBUTEIN is contraindicated in patients with severe anemia or cardiac failure in the presence of normal or increased intravascular volume.

The use of ALBUTEIN is contraindicated in patients with a history of allergic reactions to this product.
