Philith (norethindrone and ethinyl estradiol) Tablets are oral contraceptives indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use this product as a method of contraception. Philith is available in generic form. Common side effects of Philith include:

- Dizziness
- Budd-Chiari syndrome
- Hirsutism
- Acne
- Loss of scalp hair
- Changes in libido
