What is clotrimazole (Mycelex Troche)?
Clotrimazole is used to treat and prevent yeast infections of the mouth and throat in adults and children older than 3 years.
The clotrimazole lozenge is not absorbed through your stomach. This medicine will not treat fungal infections in any other part of your body.
