Nettle

Nettle suggested uses include as a mild diuretic (sap), and to decrease benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) symptoms (root).

Nettle is available under the following different brand and other names: stinging nettle, and Urtica dioica.

Suggested Dosing

• 4 g whole herb steeped 10 minutes hot water, three to four times daily
• 770 mg dried extract orally twice daily
