What Is NADH and How Does It Work?
NADH suggested uses include treating chronic fatigue syndrome, improving mental clarity, alertness, and concentration, depression, jet lag, high blood pressure (hypertension), Parkinson's disease, and Alzheimer's disease. There is insufficient information on the effectiveness of NADH. Positive results are only from pilot studies or open-label studies.
NADH is ineffective for mild to moderate dementia from Alzheimer's disease.
