Because of its safety profile, the use of Zinbryta should generally be reserved for patients who have had an inadequate response to two or more drugs indicated for the treatment of MS.

Side effects of Zinbryta and Tecfidera that are similar include skin rash.
Side effects of Zinbryta that are different from Tecfidera include runny or stuffy nose, upper respiratory tract infection, bronchitis, influenza, mouth pain, sore throat, eczema, swollen lymph nodes, depression, increased alanine aminotransferase (ALT), anemia, acne, and fever.
Side effects of Tecfidera that are different from Zinbryta include flushing, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, itching, redness, and indigestion.

The recommended dosage of Zinbryta is 150 milligrams once monthly.
How Should Tecfidera Be Taken?
The starting dose of Tecfidera is 120 mg twice daily for seven days by mouth. After seven days, maintenance doses of Tecfidera are 240 mg taken twice daily by mouth.
