For most patients, the starting dose is 100 mg taken approximately 30 minutes before sexual activity, on an as needed basis. Stendra should not be taken more than once per day. The dose may be increased to 200 mg or decreased to 50 mg based on efficacy and/or tolerability, however, it is best to use the lowest beneficial dose.
