Side effects of Nurtec ODT that are different from Reyvow include hypersensitivity reactions (including shortness of breath and severe rash).
Side effects of Reyvow that are different from Nurtec ODT include dizziness, fatigue, numbness and tingling, sedation, and vomiting.
Both Nurtec ODT and Reyvow may interact with P-gp or BCRP substrates.
Nurtec ODT may also interact with strong and moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors and strong and moderate CYP3A inducers.

How Should Nurtec ODT be Taken?
The recommended dose of Nurtec ODT is 75 mg taken orally, as needed.
