Side effects of Incruse Ellipta and Atrovent HFA that are similar include stuffy nose, cough, stomach pain or upset, and constipation.
Side effects of Incruse Ellipta that are different from Atrovent HFA include upper respiratory infection, runny nose, sore throat, joint pain, muscle pain, tooth pain, bruising or dark areas of skin, chest pain, and fast or irregular heartbeat.
Side effects of Atrovent HFA that are different from Incruse Ellipta include headache, dry mouth, hoarseness, sinus pain, nausea, back pain, fever, chills, body aches, flu symptoms, blurred vision, and dizziness.
Incruse Ellipta may interact with other anticholinergic drugs.
Atrovent HFA may interact with cold or allergy medicines, medicines to treat Parkinson's disease; medicines to treat stomach problems, motion sickness, or irritable bowel syndrome; medicines to treat overactive bladder; other bronchodilators; and medicines to treat depression, anxiety, mood disorders, or mental illness.

Tell your doctor if you experience serious side effects of Atrovent HFA HFA including bronchospasm (wheezing, chest tightness, trouble breathing), eye pain, seeing halos around lights, pain or burning when you urinate, urinating less than usual or not at all, or worsening of your symptoms.

How Should Incruse Ellipta be Taken?
Incruse Ellipta (umeclidinium 62.5 mcg) should be administered as 1 inhalation dose once daily by the orally inhaled route only. Incruse Ellipta may interact with other anticholinergic drugs. Tell your doctor all medications and supplements you use.
