Definition of Plastibell Circumcision

Plastibell circumcision: This type of infant circumcision uses a device known as a Plastibell device. This is one of several currently used, accepted surgical techniques for circumcision and has been used for many years. The Plastibell device leaves a small ring on the tip of the penis that falls off on its own within five to eight days. See also circumcision.
