Okihiro syndrome: The association of Duane syndrome (eye retraction) with forearm malformation and deafness. Okihiro syndrome is inherited in an autosomal dominant manner and is due to mutation of a gene located in chromosome region 20q13.13-q13.2. Also known as the Duane-radial ray syndrome, DRRS, Duane and radial ray anomaly with deafness, and the DR syndrome.
